Fei Lao Seafood. Signature Dish
Fried Hor Fun noodles($10)
That translucent crystal look and seared edges, basking in thick clear stock sauce and topped with very fresh, and I mean very fresh, crunchy grey prawns, soft chewy squid, fish and lean pork slices, generous chye sim and succulent slivers of sea cucumbers.

Fei Lao’s legendary Fried Fish Head
Fei Lao’s legendary Fried Fish Head with Taukua ($10).
It comes with a generous serving of fish and taukua. When you bite into the fish, the fish is fresh, tender and sweet with a slight crisp to the outer skin, leaving you wanting for more. The crisp and golden brown taukua is fried to perfection, as you take a bite into it the beancurd melts in your mouth. To complete the meal, ask for a bowl of steam rice and drench it with the black sauce. Then tuck in!
